At Hotcakes Bakes, we adhere to the "customer is always right" philosophy; however, given the perishable nature of our products, we do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there's an unintentional error on our part (e.g., misinterpretation of a custom order, incorrect quantity fulfillment, etc.). It's crucial to thoroughly review your order before placing it, especially for custom orders. If the final product aligns with the written specifications, no refund will be provided even if it differs from your expectations. If such a situation arises, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so that we can address and rectify the issue.

Cancellation Policy:
All our orders are crafted from scratch, tailored to your unique preferences, including flavors, colors, designs, and quantities. Once the production process has begun, we are generally unable to cancel or refund orders, as the product is specifically made for you. However, if your order hasn't entered production yet, we may consider offering a refund or rescheduling for a future delivery date. We strive to accommodate any changes and appreciate your understanding. Please be aware that once your order is in production, cancellation or refunds are not possible.
